I started sharing my dreams. There are tens of them by now, but I still don’t know how to recognize  those that are the most important for me. Recently, I stumbled upon an exercise proposed by Guy Kawasaki. It goes like this:

It is the end of your life. Write down the three things you want people to remember about you.

I believe that thinking about what are those three things you want to be remembered for can reveal what your most important dreams should be. I also believe that the “list of three” should morph while you become better at recognizing great ideas and putting them into practice.

Imagine that it’s the end of your life. What are those three things that you want to be remembered for?

Nice one. I have to think about it. But in the end it all comes to love and a sentiment of fulfillment.

I have a long list of dreams, too. The reason could be that people always change and so do their focus. Maybe if I had to define very clear the three things I want to be remembered for, I would change them at some stages of my life. But as long as I should have to name something I call principles that underline it, I would say I want to be remembered as a happy, free person that created things that always fulfilled her and those she loved.
